Im coming off my first cycle of h-drol and starting tamox w/creatine next Tuesday and I was wondering if my diet is still in check. It seems to be working fine considering I went from 193.8 to 188.7 in the past 4 weeks. I feel strong, thick, muscles are more defined and dense and I look leaner in the midsection and bit more vascular, esp in the arms. Diet is as follows:
b-fast - 1/2 cup of oats, 2 egg whites, glass of water
am snack - 2 egg whites, handfull of almonds, glass of water
lunch - 10 oz turkey chili, 2 glasses of water
pm snack - 2 egg whites, kashi bar, glass of water
training M/T/T/F, 45 min cardio( mon - fri ) right after weights steady state keeping hr between 120 and 130 bpm followed by pwo shake and a banana
dinner - 8 oz of either lean steak, chicken, or fish w/either 12 oz steamed broccoli or a salad
before bed - 1/2 cup of cottage cheese and 1T sugar free jam
Like I said, everything seems to working out fine but I believe that there's always room for improvement. Any suggestions?
