10mg ttokkyo winny tabs ???

I'm at the point of my cycle to start taking winny , they are 10mg. I'm gonna be taking 50mg ed. Should I split it up 5 times throughout the day or can I just do it like.....20mg at 6:00am , 10mg at 12:00pm and 20mg at 6:00pm ?
I would like to take them all first thing in the morning but I think the blood levels would be out of wack.
The way I was going to do it was 10mg at 6am , 9am ,12pm ,3pm and 6pm to keep the blood levels even as possible. But this would be a pain in the ass!!!

The more you spread it out the more consistent your blood levels are but winny has a relatively long half life. I would personally still prefer to see you take them every five hours or so.

Thanks Rickson..........then I guess I could take them at 6am , 12pm and 6pm. I'm not going to get up in the middle of the night to take them. Do you think thats cool ?
