Am 20 and and am in my third week of my cut:
Week 1 - lost 5lbs i assume most of it was water
Week 2 - 1lb i assume its fat
Week 3 - is where am at now
I have used ephedrine before without any problems and ive read up on clen and its looks to be a class fat burner, just want to know what experiences you had on clen? Im cutting and dont want to lose muscle will clen affect this in any way?
What about dosages i have 20mcg tablets, i was thinking:
day 1 - 20mcg
day 2 - 40 mcg
day 3 - 60 mcg
How high should i go? And when do i know what dose is right for me, is it when i get no sides from it? 2 weeks on 2 weeks off yeah? And other advice or tips about clen would be appreciated.
