    Critique my cutting diet

    Here is a sample day of what i will be eating for the next 12 weeks

    I currently weigh 194
    I have 18.4% bodyfat
    I am about 5'-4
    And i am 19 years old

    Monday
    MEAL ONE: 1/2 cup oat meal
    5 egg whites, 1 whole egg
    one apple
    teaspoon of fish oil

    MEAL TWO: one chicken breast
    1/2 cup brown rice

    MEAL THREE: two tuna fish sandwhiches on wheat bread

    MEAL FOUR: One chicken breast
    1/2 cup brown rice
    teaspoon of olive oil

    MEAL FIVE: One medium sweet potato
    large fish
    cup of broccoli

    MEAL SIX: three egg whites
    Protien shake


    I am trying to get extremly ripped for my very first contest, give it to me straight!!

    O yea this give me a rough total of:

    Daily cals: 2971, protein: 255, Carbs: 339, Fats: 56

    Up the protein to 300. Back down the carbs slowly to 200-250. just my opinion.

    one apple

    1/2 cup brown riceLose the rice and add another chicken breast (should have about 8 oz. total)

    MEAL THREE: two tuna fish sandwhiches on wheat breadLose the bread and add a healthy fat source

    MEAL FOUR: One chicken breast
    1/2 cup brown riceLose the rice... add another chicken breast
    teaspoon of olive oil

    MEAL FIVE: One medium sweet potatoDrop the sweet potato... You could add it into meal 3 instead of a fat source, but depending on the size, you may not want all of it... 100g is 27 carbs 116 cals
    large fish
    cup of broccoli

    MEAL SIX: three egg whites
    Protien shakeWhat kind of protein? Should be casein and I would add a fat source here too

    Your carbs are too high and your caloric intake is a bit higher than your BMR... How many weeks out are you from your comp?

    a litte over 12... i know i should have started earlier but im still goin to go for it as hard as possible

    Careful you don't push too hard or you will end up burning a lot of muscle in the process... Trust me... I tried to prep for a contest once when there wasn't enough time and ended losing about 15 lbs. of muscle as a result
