MEAL ONE: 1/2 cup oat meal
5 egg whites, 1 whole egg put the apple in meal 2 and add another whole egg

teaspoon of fish oil
MEAL TWO: one chicken breast
1/2 cup brown riceLose the rice and add another chicken breast (should have about 8 oz. total)
MEAL THREE: two tuna fish sandwhiches on wheat breadLose the bread and add a healthy fat source
MEAL FOUR: One chicken breast
1/2 cup brown riceLose the rice... add another chicken breast
teaspoon of olive oil
MEAL FIVE: One medium sweet potatoDrop the sweet potato... You could add it into meal 3 instead of a fat source, but depending on the size, you may not want all of it... 100g is 27 carbs 116 cals

MEAL SIX: three egg whites
Protien shakeWhat kind of protein? Should be casein and I would add a fat source here too
