i dont know about any log term effects but it effects you when your sexually aroused

Don't know about long term sides but I'll pop one from time to time....I read in a muscle mag that it can raise test level....just read it...didn't come up with it.

nothing like getting your nut...flipping her over and going at it again right away ....got to like it. Also have to like the long lasting effectiveness period and the fact that some kind of stimulation (mental or physical) necessary to induce erection (unlike viagra which makes me like a 14 yr old with spontaneous erections like crazy) ....So far ive had no side effects although i dont use it all the time.....

I find it gives a fuller more sensitive erection. But everytime I use it I seem to have a headache for a few days after
