    Need Advise

    I'm running 1.2 grams ew of test prop/enth. now and in week 6 of eod injects. My diet has been very extreme for cutting. I'm gaining hard and shedding fat very quick. I'm actually very early on my goals for cutting. For the past week now I think my body is adjusting to my diet and slowing down the fat burning and not getting as much mass as I could be. I cheat one day a week. Anyway I'm upping the test dosage to 1.7 grams for the remainder of this blast phase. Also in 2 weeks I'll be adding 700mgs. of ace and running it the final 6 weeks along with the 1.7 grams of test. For some reason I'm thinking I should kick my diet up to a bulker for the next 1-2 weeks and then go back to the cutter when I begin the tren. Current diet is >125g carbs, >10g. fat, <300g. protein at around 3500 calories.

    What do you think of this diet change?

    Should it be more/less than 2 weeks?

    Running .5 a-dex ed now, should I drop this untill the last 6 weeks?

    Right now I am lightest the day after cheat, and heaviest the day before cheat, I don't know why but its a 5-7lb. change in 7days, anyone know why?

    Any other suggestions for maximizing my lean gains?

    Is a yes to 2 weeks? Also should I concentrate on more carbs, fats, or both when changing up to more calories. I'd prob. want to move to about 6,000-7,000 calories but not sure on fats and carbs.

    bump bump, to eat or not to eat. Getting ready to spin my 10 eggs, how many yolks?

    Help me guys, will this throw my diet to crap?

    yeah id give it a go, go two weeks, on a high bulker carbs 400 protein 350 fat 20. then hit back to a cutter, and carb cycle, shock the body, works for me

    let us know how you go

    i second that when dieting always refeed yourself every 6-8 weeks

    What are you goals of the cycle? Your carbs are extremely low (I take in 300 grams of carbs on a precontest diet at 240 lbs). You're metabolism is most likely slowing from the starvation diet. You mention a cheat day, what are you taking in on cheat day? All that you need to get your metabolic rate kicking again is a cheat meal, not day or week.
