Do you guys make sure you are eating fats only when their are almost no carbs in your particular meal?? And when you do eat "Fats" is it usually from the food itself, or Olive oil/fish oil/flax that you are adding to it..... curious because i dont know if the consumption of these specific supplements should be taken at specific time/meals..or if it does NOT affect it at all. im currently taking about 15 grams of fish oil a day, 4 grams of flax...along with additional supplemts. Im cutting..
