next cycle

Just poppin in to show everyone my next cycle. Nice and easy, just gonna run 500mg of test cyp per week for 12 weeks. Running Nolva & Arimidex pct. This will be my 4th or 5th cycle. Been 3 years since last one. Just want to lean up a bit.

i dont know how to post, but my question is for my first cycle should i run test c 500 or test e 500 and kick it off with dbol mg? how long for each, or should i do something completly different. Thanks

Read the stickies on how to post. Start your own thread. At 6'2 165, your diet is a big problem go to the diet section and get help because you obviously need it.

Looks great...I just ran that exact cycle last summer, and loved it!
Do you plan on frontloading? I didnt do it last time, but after reading up on it...it seems like a great idea (especially with Cypionate). Marcus 300 has a great write up on it, that I found using the search button.

BUT....you are NO where near ready to be using steroids!!!
you may THINK you eat a lot, but I guarantee you are missing it somewhere.

Start a thread and put down exactly what you eat in a typical day and at what times.

Thanks Sampson. I may front load with Cyp but haven't decided yet. I will definitely not be using any orals (personal choice). I'm in pretty good shape and pretty strong as is so I'm not sure if i need to front load.

If I were doing a heavier cycle then I most likely would front load with another compound. My main goal, besides personal goals, is to show people that you don't need to get crazy with your cycles. At 6 foot 240 pounds, I'm already a pretty big guy. Just want to show what a low dose test cycle can do if you train and eat right as opposed to just cramming 1200 mg of juice into your body and hoping for the best.

Don't get me wrong, multiple compound cycles do serve their purpose but I think too many people get caught up trying to create fancy cycles rather than focusing on the important stuff.....trainning & diet.
