    What you guys thing about my diet? (and help!)

    Hi, first sorry for my poor english. I'm new here, from Canada, and i'll do my first cycle on March 09. I've started a new diet from about a month and i want to know what you all guys think about! I also want to know during my cycle, what to improve in my diet! I'm 5'8 - 160lbs. Not really fat!

    Wake-up: 6h30

    Breakfeast: - 2 whole egg
    (6h40) - 1 bowl of oatmeal w/ 2 tablespoon of soft brown sugar
    - 1 banana

    Protein shake (7h15)

    Collation: - 1 yogourt
    (10h00) - 1 bar
    - 20 almond
    - 1 apple

    Dinner: - 200g of meat
    (12h00)- Rice or paste
    - Legume

    Collation: - 1 yogourt
    (14h00) - 1 bar
    - 20 almond
    - 1 apple

    Workout (17h00)

    Protein shake (after workout)

    Supper: - 200g of meat
    (19h00) - Rice or paste
    - legume

    Protein shake (20h30)

    Collation: - Glass of milk
    - 20 almond

    Sleeping time at 22h00


    For my first cycle i'll do:

    Primobolan: 1cc/3days
    Test Propionate: 1cc/3days

    For 5 weeks
    PCT: Clomid

    What type of bars are you eating? Also id do the prop every other day - not every three days.... How long is your cycle going to last? As far as diet my knee jerk reation is that 3 shakes and 2 bars are alot - you may want to replace a few with whole food choices....

    I have 20cc of Primo and 10cc of Test. I've thaught during my cycle about 5 week.
    Bars are almond or peanuts (Salt and Sugar).
