Hi, first sorry for my poor english. I'm new here, from Canada, and i'll do my first cycle on March 09. I've started a new diet from about a month and i want to know what you all guys think about! I also want to know during my cycle, what to improve in my diet! I'm 5'8 - 160lbs. Not really fat!

Breakfeast: - 2 whole egg
(6h40) - 1 bowl of oatmeal w/ 2 tablespoon of soft brown sugar

Protein shake (7h15)
Collation: - 1 yogourt
(10h00) - 1 bar
- 20 almond
- 1 apple
Dinner: - 200g of meat
(12h00)- Rice or paste
- Legume
Collation: - 1 yogourt
(14h00) - 1 bar
- 20 almond
- 1 apple
Workout (17h00)
Protein shake (after workout)
Supper: - 200g of meat
(19h00) - Rice or paste
- legume
Protein shake (20h30)
Collation: - Glass of milk
- 20 almond
Sleeping time at 22h00
For my first cycle i'll do:
Primobolan: 1cc/3days
Test Propionate: 1cc/3days
For 5 weeks
PCT: Clomid
