I have never done any cycle but I want to start a cycle or two. After all my research I have no idea where to start. Am looking to shed some weight, body fat and get ripped. Ofcourse am willing to put in the work at the gym and also starting a diet. I don't want to gain since am already at 265lbs. I want to get down to 220lbs. What can I do to help..anything
