Discontinue Aromatase for Nolva during PCT?

If I take Arimidex on cycle... should I cease during PCT or continue and run both nolvadex, clomid and arimidex? One is a blocker and ones an inhibitor. Should I take both? What I have read suggests to continue arimidex throughout PCT. Does this eliminate need for Nolvadex?

You should stop taking arimidex the day before your pct begins but you could start taking aromasin @ 25mg ed the day you start clomid and nolva.

I looked in aromasin and combining it with nolva could be overkill being that I'm only takin 750 mgs of sustanon a week for 12 weeks. You think?

It's up to you when the time comes, you could go 20/20/20/20 nolva vs 40/40/20/20 nolva when you add the aromasin to the mix. You probably don't need the aromasin but it wouldn't hurt to add it.

You could use it if you want, start it 4 weeks prior to your pct start date and last shot a couple days before you start pct. Don't run it on your pct. 500iu e4d for the first 4 shots then down to 250iu e4d until your pct begins.

Alright so...I think Ive got it. I'll begin the HCG as soon as I stop the test. then run aromasin, clomid, and Nolva for PCT. How many weeks between last shot of Sustanon and begining of PCT. 4 weeks seems like alot

If your going to use hcg start it 28 days before your pct start date. That means you start it while your still on cycle.

Your post cycle start date should be 21 days after you last shot of sustanon.

here is a sample

week 1 to 12 sustanon
weeks 1 to 14 arimidex .25mg eod or up it to .25mg ed if needed
weeks 11 to 14 HCG 500iu e4d for 4 shots then down to 250iu e4d till you start pct

PCT
to start 21 days after last shot of sustanon
50/50/25/25 clomid
40/20/20/20 nolva
12.5/12.5/12.5/12.5 aromasin or up to 25mg a day if needed but probably not

What's wrong with using Arimidex with Nolva during PCT? Is it just less effective or can it cause problems?

I have been wondering the same thing as the OP, since I was sent Arimidex instead of Aromasin and there's not enough time to get it replaced.

Can the dose be increased to get better effectiveness, or should it not be run at all - and just use Nolva on it's own?

Ya, if you don't have aromasin just go with clomid and nolva. Start reading up on nolva and arimidex, they counter act each other making each other less effective.

This thread has been SO informative. There is so much info on here it's hard to put all the pieces together. Being that I'll be on arimidex on cycle...I'll probably leave out the aromasin during PCT
