Should you count protein in your carb sources, and such?
Or just the whole sources like: Meat, milk, whey, eggs, what have you..

Count all protein in your diet.
Well if I get around 500-600g carbs alot of protein will follow withing these sources (pasta, oatmeal, bread) and so on, so will these proteins help me build muscle, isnt it just the "whole" protein sources that will do this?
Iknow I will haveto measure up all the proteins to get the right kcal information and so on, but...
I count incomplete proteins into my daily macros.
I don't know if that is the way everybody does it, but I do just because they're negligable.
