I am on my first week of my 12 week bulking cycle. This is my third cycle. It is 750 mg sust, 400 deca, and 100 mg drol for the first 5 weeks. My question is when should I start cutting bf? I think it wouldn't be really wise to drop my bulking diet right after PCT, as I would lose gains. Probably the body has to adopt to the new mass, so I will continue with my bulking diet, but for how long? What is your experience with cutting after bulking?
I am 24 years old, 5'5, 190 pounds. I do not really know my BF % right now, it is not low, but I am also not looking to drop a lot of BF, maybe to levels of 12% at best. (I will probably get a lot of critics for starting a cycle, not being lean. I know that, but this is just the way I train and my goals which have been always to gain more strength really).
