any one every try them? per 1/4 cup they have somewhere around 19g pro 1g fat and like 17g of carbs. the only down fall for me is that any way i make them they still suck.

Never tasted grits in my life, but this is the only recipe I could find on here... I'd use sugar free jelly though. I get mine at wal-mart.
thanks for the tips ill try it out and tell you how it goes. in my opnion i dont like grits at all but the nutritional value of soy grits kind makes it worth it
