    Everyone says....

Clen has been shown to prevent, limit or halt cortisol production thus making it anti catabolic.

I just want to see some studies on this.

    Peace

    IG i'm w/ you bro

i have been hearing that theory since way back and i'm not buying it either.i think alot of guys are on other gear that is causing cell volumization and the clen is burning brown fat tissue, so....they have bulit up cell volumization in muscles so it's making them see pronounced muscle bellies and they are all like, hey!!look it's anti catabolic i can see my muscles and they don't have decreased in volume (due to water rentention)what do you think?

Sorry IG - if you ask me that's crap. I have read COUNTLESS studies on Clen and that has no validity as far as I am concerned.

Can't help you here I personally hat clen, I can barely write on it, makes me tired and have shitty workouts! I always lose to much muscle when I take it!

From what i understand Clen has a negative effect on muscle glycogen stores. Will have to dig in the achives to get this info.

Internationl Journal of sports medicine reported that increase in protein breakdown and increase in protein synthesis accounted for the tested animals increase in muscle size from clenbuterol treatment. I could find the exact studies and write them out, pain in the ass though. Its been documented by most major publications like Biochem Journal, Journal of Applied Physiology, American Journal Physiology, etc

Hastened fatigue, has a generally negative effect on training

I don't have any studies, but I have read that our bodies produce ubiquitin, which breaks down muscle. Coritsol promotes/increases ubiquitin production, but clen reduces/prohibits the ubiquitin from acting. I guess maybe like Nolvadex blocks estrogen receptors. So clen does not act on the cortisol, but the ubiquitin.
