I just want to say Thanks Doc for posting the 5x5 program and the 3 Lift IPF training program on this website. I did a 9 week 5x5 program and then when I was getting ready to train for my upcoming meet I took some of the 5x5 program and incorporsted it in the 3 lift training program. My meet is 7 March and I can't wait to see what my numbers will be. The last meet I was in was April 08. Squat 685, bench 475, deadlift 475. Right now my heaviest lifts in the gym is squat 700, bench 500, deadlift 515 and I still have 3 weeks of training left before I take a rest. I know the gym lifts don't count until you do them onthe platform. I'll post numbers after the meet. Thanks again!
