Alright as you all know, I got sick recently. Before that I was 210 which was last Wed.
Anyway I was sick for a four days and couldn't do shit.
Well I started workouts out on Monday I weighed in at 208, not too bad I guess couple pounds of water weight. Then Tuesday I weighed in at 206...ok I thought maybe just my body weight fluctuating. I took Wednesday off, even though i didn't want to.
Anyway, I did an early workout today and I just taken a dump too. After workouts I weighed myself and I was 204.5
So im pretty pissed right now because I keep falling in weight. I chalked the last weigh in up to it being an early workout, I didnt have alot of food in my stomach/just taken a dump.
My diet isn't amazing, but its sufficient (3,500-4,000 calories 300-400grms carbs around 200 grms protein)
My appetite was lost during my illness and Im still not fully back, but I doubt my diet is that off that my body would drop weight this fast.
Could be fat loss/water loss?
(Im in week 8 1/2 of my Test-e cycle)
