Hi guys my lower back gets real tight when i run only on one side. Does this just mean tight hamstrings? Is there anything else that could be causing it... i can touch my toes so i figured i would have good hamstrings??

I have a problem with my lower back getting real tight(feel injury prone) whenever I do shrugs. Do you get this?

na never gives me any trouble when im lifting just when im running...

I have had the same prob while running myself. In my case it is tight hamstrings, stretching and more warm up helped.
