    quick anadrol question.... (come get an easy post to add to your #'s!!!!) lol

    Ok I've done some searching around but had a few more detailed questions on this matter.... I'm running drol at 50mg / ed and just started 2 days ago... I have read to split up the 50mg tab into 2 and take one in the morning and one at night....

    **would it be best to break it into 4 pieces? i'm guessing 2 is sufficient because of the half life being like 16 hours or so...

    **if I did 2 pieces and took one around 9a.m. would i want to take the other at like 9 p.m.? or at 5p.m.? for some reason i feel i'd want to take it at 5 p.m. since i work out at 6 p.m. ;p I don't know if taking it at 5 would do anything different for me than 9 but it just makes me want to find out.. :] thanks!

    p.s. I have all my pct together, i'm running letro ed and also I am not running a drol only cycle.... I'm running test, deca, and will be adding a few things to it later on. Thanks for any help! Oh yeah.... I'm really excited as this is my first drol experience, how soon after starting do you think people would be like 'whoa!! you got biiiigg!' ? lol I know that depends on my diet / training as well but those are 95% SPOT ON!

    i always split my oral throughout the day and 4 doses would be best in my mind
    source checks- 200 posts and 6 month membership min. entirely within my discretion

    awesome! i will cut them into 4 pieces.... and do that then. :] How about these two questions.....

    1. should i be wanting to take one like an hour before weight lifting? or does that really even matter? (extra pump, strength???)

    2. When do physical, noticeable changes take place while on drol? Obviously I know everyone works differently but just averagely speaking? 2 weeks? 3 week? (taking into consideration diet / training are on check)

    I just injected 400mg test e and will do another 400mg in a few days for a 800mg front load then i'll be running 200mg x2 / week

    abombs you should feel within 1st week.. 2nd week you should really start noticing gains../bloat, strength

    awesome! I'm pretty excited as this is the first time i've tried them.... i've been on dbol before and loved it.... so i'd imagine I should love this too. :]

    What do you think about taking 1/4 pill 1 hour prior to lifting? make a difference do you think or no?

Does not matter, remember you grow when you are at rest not when you are working out. The only added benifit I can see for taking something like that or methyltest is the increase aggression some people feel that can help with intensity of the workout....that's it though

    I also agree that the more evenly spread out you can make the mg's the better effect they will have. I always took slightly more of an oral right before bed for 2 reasons; 1) because you go (or should get this much sleep)about 8 hours before your next dose 2)Your body repairs itself and grows during sleep

    #2 is also the reason I drink a protien shake right before bed....along with a melatonin to get deep restful sleep

    cool thanks for all the input guys! One more question.... I have some clen, t3 and ephedrine.... would running t3/clen while on drol be a good idea? or counterproductive do you guys think? obviously that would probably depend on my goals? I'm wanting to gain LBM but i've gained some bf over the last 2-3 months as well and want to lower that as well... ANY input on this would be awesome! Thanks again for all the great help!

    for maximum stability of blood levels you should be taking an evenly split dose every half of the half life

    since drol has an 8 hour half life that means that you should be taking it every 4 hours if possible, divide that into the amount of mgs you want to take per day and you get

    6 doses per day at 8.33mg/dose

    obviously you can't dose that correctly so your best alternative would be to spread them into 5 doses per day of 10mg each, divided into hours per day and you get every 5 hours(rounded)

    this is optimal, but you can get away with less if you wish, i'm just writing this out as it works with any steroid so now you know how to dose anything you take

    i just wrote this for anavar but it works on drol too since the half lives are the same

    Just started anadrol 8 days ago, noticed fresh stretch marks today on top of my shoulder!! Noticed a big increase in strength yesterday. However, I will admit I am getting bad headaches almost everyday they started about 3 days in I guess. I am at 100 mgs a day.

    For those that are going to ask no I am not taking just anadrol also taking test and EQ.

    if you are using the test/deca/drol for a bulker(which i would bet since it's one of the better bulkers) then i would just use the clen later to cut, you could run clen/t3 right now, but if you are bulking i don't see the point
