Yea your rite i am young I am only 22 goin on 23 and I have been lifting pretty heavily since about 16. This would be only my second cycle. I took an 8 week cycle of deca and test about 3 years ago got up to about 225 then I tore my shoulder up. I have been liftin again for goin on a year and a half jus stayin away from the real heavy liftin more reps and less weight seems to be less pain on the shoulder that way. But anyway I am 6' maybe 6'1" and about 180 lbs like I said before not lookin to gain a shit ton of weight would rather jus have steady quality gains and cut down at least 3% body fat. I would also like to sustain my gains so any PCT suggestions would be helpful.
