armidex or nolvadex question...To use or not to use?

I have both on hand...im on test p 100mg oed and just started var today..my nipples are getting a little bigger i noticed should i use armidex .25 oed or just use nolva?

well adex would have been my choice if running it from the beginning..
at this point if your sure your having symptoms it hit the nolvadex.. if your just worried and want something to run as prevention maybe start the adex..
nipples getting bigger doesnt tell me much..

b. my nipples arnt itchy but i find that there some what sensitive

c. my nipples were always kinda puffy they just look a little bigger around

d. doesnt nolvadex affect gains? im thinking about doing .25 of armidex eod or should i start with ed?

the effect nolvadex has on gains is slim to none imo..
you can go ahead and start the adex.. but is symptoms pop up i wouldnt hesitate to use the nolvadex

ok cool...also about the timing whens the best time to take adex?

start with .25mg ed..if it still is a problem, you can step up to .50mg ed or take 20mg a day along with the .25mg of arm..

I'd say step up to .50mg first though..if you can get by with that, save your nolva for PCT

Not to derail the thread but would your advice be the same if he was also doing 400mgs of Deca/week? Or would you go strictly with the Adex and not the Nolva if Deca was involved?

well i would run an AI from the beginning but i have no problem with running nolvadex when using a 19-nor..
but its also possible that with decas estrogenic efffect via the AR neither would work anyway in which case your screwed.
i still feel it takes elevated circulating estrogen for progesterone to become a factor so it doesnt really concern me.. i use b6 to help keep prolactin levels in check but always have caber on hand.

it doesn't matter what time of day you take the adex.

it sounds like it's in your head. gynocomastia "gyno" is a LUMP that forms. It's more dense therefore feels more solid than a guys normal tissue. It's actually breast tissue forming. Nipples can get sore from many other things. I've had them get sore from just normal workouts without using steroids.
