    liquid clen vs tablets

Any suggestions on which way would be better to go? tablets or liquid?

When i mean "better way" i mean price wise, results, effects. etc.

i am dieting right, and getting 2x Cardio per day 5x per week. for a total of about an hour and a half. But my fat loss has been at a halt for a while... so im lookin for a little "push" in the right direction.

so price, effects and results.... any prefrences towards one or the other?

also, any other supplements you could suggest for assistance?

    current info:

    age 19
    height 5'11"
    weight: 180lbs
    BF: around 16%

im trying to cut to aroudn 12% in about 2 months or so. So any help would be appreciated!

    thanks,

Clen will give you the "push" you are seeking but if you are stuck at 16% I guarantee you it's because of your diet and/or not doing enough cardio.

Ive taken the both tabs and liquid. The liquid clen available at research labs works just fine for me.
