i started lifting about 8 months ago and have put on quite abit of good muscle but my problem is i started lifting when i still had a fair bit of body fat around my stomach and chest fat also, i haven't really lost much of this fat but i have put on muscle,
i want to lose this fat for the summer and get abit ripped and show off my new muscle and although i know losing fat has nothing to do with steroids and everything to do with cardio and diet, i still don't want to lose the muscle i've gained and possibly put some on during cutting up.
i live in thailand so i can get steds pretty easy, i was going to go for a winstrol/trenbolone 8 week course would anyone reccomend this, i'm also contemplating adding test but i don't want to bloat or put on any water if possible as i done a sustanon/deca/test cycle 3 years ago (i lifted before but stopped for a year) and by the end of it i looked terrible.
would i put on water if i added test to a win/tren cycle and what would be the best way to run this course.
any help would be greatly appreciated.
