how much adex is needed to keep bloating away? Ive never used it before but started last night and planned on doing .25ml eod unless bloating worsened. i don't have much sodium in my diet but i plan on taking out even what I do have in it and i drink plenty of water.

Drop it into juice or another beverage.

use a syringe to measure it out. I mix my liquid chems in water or juice.
