What is the upper limit for fat consumption in a pro/fat meal?

The last few meals of the day for me are pro/fat.

Say my last three meals are 400 calories each. With roughly 200 calories coming from protein and 200 from fat. This equals to around 22g of fat in each of these meals. Note that this fat is coming from healthy sources such as EFAs, peanut butter, almonds, etc. As few saturated fats as possible.

So considering these values still fit into my macros for the day and they are pro/fat meals ergo there is very limited insulin response, should I worry about consuming 20-30g of fat in one sitting?

    Nope.

That is if they fit into your total calorie consumption goals for the day, based on your BMR.

Why not just eat some carbs though, except for your last meal?

I wouldn't be concerned. I consume 25-30g of fat per meal, 6 times a day when cutting. (Healthy fats). And take 0mega-3 fish-oil pills 3 times a day as well.

Normally I would, but I am cutting right now and found that eliminating carbs later in the day melts the fat off of me.

Is that on a keto diet or off keto?

Pretty much both. The only difference really in my keto cutting diet and normal bulking diet is the addition of carbs in each meal while bulking. Depending on how many carbs I add per meal, I may taper the fat slightly, but that is just so my total numbers don't go too far over maintenance.

I do the same as Vera to begin with on my cutting diets (unless I'm doing keto, then it's always high fat), but I recently hit a plateau of fat loss and to shock my body, I dropped my fats to almost nothing (about 25g per day) and have just upped my green veggie intake (5-6 servings of broccoli or asparagus every meal, 3 servings with breakfast) and this has worked very well... I carb up every 4th day and keep the other 3 days around 200g carbs per day all from the green veggies and 15g from ff cottage cheese... Inmy carb up days I have sweet potatoes and apples
