I just ordered some liquid clen(120mcg)/ketotifen(3mg). I'm a little confused as to how to take it. Usually, when i take clen pills I take them throughout the day so by the time I work out, they are still in my system. But when I researched about the clen w/ ketotifen, it seems a lot of people like to take it b/4 bed b/c the keto makes you tired. That to me seems counterintuitive since firstly, clen it a stimulant and secondly that by the time I get on the tread mill at night, there will hardly any clen in my system (due to the short half life). Can someone provide some clarification on this matter?
