pct and hcg

Ok imma start my frist cycle. test e 500 a week for 12 weeks, and then 2 weeks after last shot start my pct of nolvadex and clomid. Now the question is do i start both my clomid and nolvadex at the same time? and how about the HCG, when do i start and stop?
what if i cant get my hands on the clomid, is it a real big deal?
