    im brand new! looking for help/ advice

    my names Mike im 27, 5'8 170 20% bodyfat....i have been working out out on and off for years... wanting to get serious now that i have the means...where do i start? how should my first cycle go?

    Should go with Diet, and cardio as your BF is too high to consider AAS. Get it down to around 15 or under. And for your ht i think you could still gain some muscle naturally.

    First, Welcome to AR!

    Now let's get to the good stuff.

    You are not ready for a cycle of any sorts. Your bf% is to high and that can make side effects with gear worse. And you will not see or reap the benefits.

    At your stat's, you need to eat like a wild banshee. Your diet it lacking in many ways.

    Do research on this site before doing any cycle, because steroids are not magic.

    Read the sticky that Phate has placed at the top of this forum. Read and watch other posts to learn everything you can and then read more.

    Not trying to sway you, just want to try and teach you to do it the right way and keep you health.

    thanks guys my diet is lacking....as my weight moves from 180 to 170, and my cardio has been non existant for about 6+months, im eating better working out daily, and will emphasize on cardio

    Yes , diet is the first thing to get in order before ever considering steroids as bodyfat needs to be down to do it safely and diet should be even more strict when using steroids

    im trying to start my old running schedule 5 miles 5x a week, and im still working on the diet lol, so what should i start with? and when...if im under 10% or even under 5%bodyfat? id like to try to do this slowly and as safe as possible, not looking for quick big gains, just yet... thanks again for the advice guys.

    First off you need to develop consistency. Otherwise you will not know what you are doing and that will lead to doing a crappy cycle and getting crappy gains and then going back to your old crappy habits leading to you losing all your crappy gains.

    Learn how to dedicate yourself to dieting. Eating 6-8 times a day small meals with complex carbs, healthy fats, and protein. Be consistent in your training and cardio. Do this for awhile and you will naturally make great gains.

    Steroids are for those who are dedicated to improving their body and it is a lifestyle and commitment. Otherwise don't waste your time, money, and potentially your health on steroids bro.

    You still have quite a bit of muscle you could gain naturally.
