Exclamation Pease Guide me through this

    Well for starters Stats
    5'7
    175
10%(Give or take, I have a six pack and veins, so it's my best guess)

Well letme tell you a little about my situation so you can help me better. I have been lifting for about 6yrs, and lifting strict for about 3. I have a lot of knowledge about diet and exercise but it doesnt seem to fit into my schedule(help). I have taking aas before but never like this. Ive taken them under guidance of friends and with them telling me what to do. Probobly about 2 8wk cycles of test, one 5week of dianabol, and some other things. But before i could end the cycle, for one reason or another they made me stop(couldnt get this gear and wanted it for themself... basicly). So this will be my first cycle on my own basicly. This is what I was thinking and I am trying to gain some nice quality mass that I can keep. My goal is to get to 210 plds at end of cycle and hopefully stay at 200 after it is all over.. Then probobly going for more weight in some months after. I should be getting the supplements in about a week. so I want to make sure everything is planned before i begin.

    Well here is the cycle...
Test Enthanate at 300mgs a week for 10 weeks
Dianabol at 40mgs/day for first 5 weeks. (starting at 10mg for 3 days then 20 3 days...up to 40 and then going back down to 0) is that ok?
And 2 weeks after my last test shot I want to run clomid (to keep my gains?)

Ive also never used a pct, but I hear thats why I am not keeping the best gains.

So how does the cycle look?

The workouts - I workout 2 days on and one day off.. I hit each muscle about once a week and I ussually do calves twice a week(cuz they lack size)

    The diet!! HELP!
Ok I work nights and do my workout right when i get up, so its ussually hard to eat right when i get up before i workout.. Also I can afford high cost foods, (i can only eat but so much tuna) and I hardly have time to cook.. I like to eat chicken and protein shakes are easy. I really am not picky, just wanted some advice on foods that i could cook up in bulk and then pack little meals for the week perhaps.. If you have a good diet plan then please post it. Just keep in mind this schedule SUCKS for DIETING!
10am wake up and go to gym
    noon get home and shower.
    3pm-4pm go to work.
    11pm-midnight get off work.
2am or 3am i ussually try to go to sleep.

any advice on how i could work around that? I will do anything to make these gains I want.. I'm 5'7 and always been the short guy. I'm not really small anymore. But I really want to see nothing but muscle in the mirror and I want to compete soon. But I'm way too small to even attempt it right now. Please help me with this. I want to be one of the greats and i got the willpower to do so.

i agree with jamy bump that test up too 500mg. dont pyramid the dbol. as for your pct, get some nolva and an AI like arimidex to have on hand during your cylce if you need it or in your pct

i have those videos added in my favorites from when you put em up once awhile back haha good stuff, that dudes voice is great lol

  13. #13
ok well this is just for starts but its a rough idea of what i was planning on doing

10am Wake up and have protein shake before i hit the gym my shakes are 50gram protein and about 80 carbs
noon post workout, eat 5 eggs and some oatmeal.

330pm before i go to work. Have a protein shake, some chicken or steak. And some vegetables like soy beans or green beans.

THIS IS WHERE I LOSE IT!.. i work here... I could bring maybe a protein bar to work.. but it's not really a good enviorment for dieting, I cook.. I could snack on some chicken wings and lunch meat.. but really hard to do this.

midnight~ I could eat some green beans and some more chicken or hamburger or steak.

and before i go to bed about 2am I could have like a peanute butter and jelly with some almonds to snack on.

Thats a rough idea of what i do all the time. But I would do it stricter once i start my bulking. and i drink about a gallon of water a day( its all i drink i carry it with me everywhere haha) and i throw some crystal light in it.

like i said thats a rough idea. but thats about what i do now.. so how bad is that??

And also. I am getting 300mg/ml so 500mg a week will be really hard to gage. I could go to 600mg if you think that would be better. I just don't want to over do it. The last cycle i did was 500mg . Not sure how much 100mg would make a difference.

^^^ that diet is horrible.... you need to find a way around your work schedule.. try buying a whole chicken and eating it in two sittings or get yourself some deli meat like london broil... you need to motivate yourself to find ways around.... i work 72hrs a week and am a full time student.. you have no excuse

you need to try and take some sort of food to work like some brown rice and chicken and veggies maybe you cooked the night before or that day and try to at least eat two meals the time you are at work. otherwise it would be a waste for you to cylce, you wouldnt be pleased with your gains. ya i work a lot too and go to school so i know how it is, but you have to find a way

  17. #17
Yeh, Well i dont know how i could get around the work really.. I could maybe sneak a chicken breast in during work. But u gotta understand, I dont get a lunch break. I could do it though... So one or two of them during work. And what all is horrible about it? could you be more specific?

limit you shakes to 1 (ie postworkout) a day and substitute the other will real food, better nutrients cause your body digests those shakes too fast

Hey bud if you have time to eat you have time to do it properly. Prep doesn't take that much once you develop a system. Sacrifice a little sleep initially will pay off in the long run. Surely your boss will apreciate that you are better organised. If you could train after work that would help (24 hr gym needed of course) I know it's late but your'e up anyway and your'e already warmed up. I useto train in the morn after waking up, didn't work for me. good luck.

im motivated man. I'm just trying to sort this all out before i get started ya know? I'm better with people just telling me what to do, rather than having to figure out what to do myself... That's the only reason i'm asking for advice on it

  25. #25
I'm pretty use to working out in the morning.. I use to have a job that started at 8am and i would workout before i went to work then too.. I like to workout before i do anything else so i can put all my stregnth into it. and im not thinking about suttin else, or already tired out.

    Question Alrighty

Ok I watched most of the videos and i think i got a better plan for diet. OPEN TO CRITIQUES just to keep in mind.
    Im on a tight budget!
I figured out how to help food times and protein intake... pretty easy really. Stop being a lazy bitch and wake up a little ****ing earlier lol easy after i thought about it..
Well here it is yall. Please tell me what you think

Everyday ill being opening a gallon of water and wont be going bed till it is gone.

Wake up 7-8am Eat 5 eggs, and nice bowl of oatmeal

Workout- 2 days on and one day off..(but ussually when i get on AS ill go for 5 days or so in a row, and break every now and then)

Get home about 10am , Drink my protein shake(50g pro, 90g carbs) n shower

About noon i will cook me a lunch, either a nice steak(i work at restraunt and boss said he would cut me a nice deal on some 12oz steaks), Or a couple chicken breast, or two burgers cooked on a george foreman.
carbs for lunch i will probobly have, some soy beans, or brown rice, or green beans, dependsing on what i get the week before.

3-4 before i work. i will have be a nice meal, basicly the same as lunch. and i will just have to force down every bite till i get use to eating like this.

    WORKTIME
at work it will be hard, but i can get away with eating 2 chicken breast and some broccoli, we have it there.. so i can probly sneak it in when i get a chance. try to do this about 7

ill then work till about 11-12, and as soon as i get home ill drink another protein shake(50g pro, 90g carb) then shower.

my dad is a body builder as well and his wife cooks for him, so i will eat whatever they made for dinner at about 1am. Trust me they only make healthy food, like cube steak, chili sometimes, chicken marsella. It wont be a problem, my dads a bodybuilder lol.

So what do think yall? Jammy especially. but any critiques will be appreciated.

i knew you had it in you.......

    a coupla things...

1st try to keep your protien shake intake for pwo only (thats post workout), this is where it'll work best for your body..

2nd try to eat the beef in your diet closer to bed time, it will work best for you then....

2 days on, 1 day off isn't too bad at all (if you can go 5 days straight and take 2 off, that'd be better)...

    well done

  31. #31
yeh the only reason i added the shake in right after work is because i figured my body uses a lot of calories at work and i wanted to replenish them asap.
Also I want to keep my protein as high as possible so i figured downing a shake about 2 hours before i went to bed wouldnt hurt for the bulking side of it.

but if u think i will be getting enough calories/protein if i just take out the shake and eat a good portion of beef right when i get home then i will just go that route.. this inticipation is really building! I did my max bench today and hit 230. cant wait to see what it looks like in a month or so

taking in that many carbs 2 hours before bed doesnt seem to be a good idea but then again you are bulking. correct me if im wrong please.

  33. #33
    O YES I AM BULKING
I will be bulking till i reach about 240(not all from this run ofcourse) But that is my goal. Gotta feed the turkey before you carve is what I am told.

  34. #34
ok so everyone feels comfortable about this now? if i follow all that to key I will be able to meet my goals????????? aso the test E will be 600mg ew not 300..

Thanks for all the advice yall. I will be back on later to check responses.
