    Friends first Cycle..

    Well more like his second, but he just seems to be very sloppy.


    He is taking 600 MG a week, 1 shot of Sustanon.. Taking no Novadex or plans to take Clomid..

    Its hard for me to argue with him, but damn is it me or is he way off here?

    yes he is way off.

    sust shoud be split up into ed or eod day shots @ 125mgs per shot.

    he also needs know about pct and a,i,s

    Sounds like the typical guy at the gym trying to juice up with no knowledge about it.
    Like lord henry said...at least eod injections...with a solid pct afterwards.

    Inject schedule is whack he needs to keep blood levels more consistent. As for the nolva some people are predisposed to gyno and some are not and can take 750mg or higher no prob without nolva
