Im at 140 mcg now. Ive never experienced any of the side effects ppl talk about when on clen. No jittery fingers, no insomnia (even if i take clen before i sleep), heart rate normal, body temp normal. So initially it was really hard to tell if clen was working for me...but i guess it is working because i see considerable fat loss. Any way, i started off with 60mcg...kept on increasing the dosage by 20mcg every 3 days untill i got to my current dosage; 140mcg. Alot of ppl say you should not take more than120-140 mcg of clen a day. I guess they say that because the sides would be too great to handle for most ppl. But what about for a person like me who doesnt experience any side effects from clen. How do i know what the right dosage is for me? I feel like i can consume the whole box and still feel normal (metaphoricaly speaking)....so how do i know what dosage is the right dosage for me? :| ...really need your help on this one guys.
