In the next few months im gonna be starting my cycle, but I just wanted to study up a little more and make sure I had the details right.

I have done a fair amount of reading, but the vast majority of it has been on the steroids themselves, how to get them, what they do, how they work, pct, etc. This type of information I want now I feel like isnt discussed nearly as much.

First thing you should know is I weigh 185-190 im 6'6 and im trying to get to 200lbs. Ive never taken anything besides protein and Im 22 years old.

Now, I need advice on what things do I need to be taking before, during, and after the cycle? I know I need some sort of cycle support, but I see all kinds of things and frankly its got me a bit confused. Im doing a 3 week cycle of havoc with 3 weeks of nolva afterwards. So should I be taking anything leading up to my cycle? If so how long in advance, etc? Taurine, liver longer? Are these things over the counter? What is necessary, what isnt?

My second concern is my workout... I have worked out very steady since my freshman year of high school, however it was an arms/legs/arms/legs/arms workout. About 6 months ago I went to a more advanced workout, but basically I dont know as much about it as I thought I did. Some days I feel overworked, some I feel like I didnt accomplish anything. So I want to change up my workout atleast a month or two before I start my cycle.

Here is my current workout... everything is 4 sets and 8 reps.

Chest/Triceps- Monday
Bench Press
Dumbell Incline
Flys
Standing Tricep extension
Seated Dips
Abs

Back/Biceps- Tuesday
Lat Pulldowns
Seated Cable Rows
One Arm Dumbell Rows
Barbell Curles
Abs

Wed Off

Legs- Thursday
Squats
Calf Raises
Leg Curl
Leg Extensions
Abs

Shoulders/Biceps/Chest- Friday
Military Press
Shoulder Shrugs
Bench Press
Dumbell Curls
Abs

Any advice is appreciated and if you would like to add something then please do. I just want to make sure im not overlooking something. So if an experienced person can name something that is often overlooked then please do.
