so if i was to buy the liquid nolva on that certain website in the corner.

if i was just to run a cycle of spawn,


how would you dose and how many bottles would i need for PCT.

One bottle is fine...I would so something like this

Week 1: 40mg
Week 2: 40mg
Week 3: 20mg
Week 4: 20mg

and i should start that the last week of my PH right?


i was just curious if you wait until you completely finish your cycle of the PH.

or take it with the last week (week 4) of the PH b/c that's how i took it with the PCT supplement.

i'm just trying to get my cycle down pat so i don't have that acne overload i had last time.

2 last questions and i'll stop bothering you haha. (i'm repping)


1. should i do a higher dosage to further combat the post cycle acne?


2. when i complete my Nolva, do i need to go on a Supplement PCT like i did before or will nolva be enough. haha i just don't want to F my hormones up again

started my cycle today finally!
