Hi guys,I have never taken a cycle before and am in no rush to do so without the appropriate knowledge. Im 21 now and am willing to wait till my diet is perfect before starting my first cycle. My training has been perfect for a few years now so Im no newbie to this sport.
So far this is my idea of my first cycle:
Equipoise: week 1 to 12 at 600mgs/week
Test Prop: week 6 to 12 at 300mgs/week
Arimidex: week 8 to 16 at .5mgs a day
Clomid: week 13 to 16 first at 150mgs/day for 10 days then 50 mgs/day till the end of week 16
Im only 5 ft 6 in and already looking a bit like a muscle bound block so I dont want to end up looking like a complete brick. At perfect bulking diet (which I have been working on for some time) how much weight can i expect to gain? any ideas would be welcome as well as advice concerning my cycle draft.
