I have 30ml of test cyp. 40ml of winny 50mg and 20ml of deca 200mg/ml. Should i break it up into two ten wk cycles? First test 250/wk and deca 400/wk. Then test 250/wk and winny 50mg EOD, just in time for summer. Or should i run them together at test 250/wk and deca 300/wk for 16 wks and winny for the first 10 wks? BTW i have arimidex for the cycle plus HCG and clomid for PCT. Any advice would be appreciated.

Sorry. I'm 30, 6', 195lbs. Been lifting for 12 years. I did one short cycle many years ago with deca 200mg/wk and test 200 mg/wk for eight weeks. It was pretty effective. Not certain on body fat but id guess around 12%. I'm fit but not shredded.

maybe add the winny 9-14 and 4 days... lol . 50mg ed.
pct starts 18 days after cyp.. so run the winny 18 days past and jump right on pct
again, how would you run pct and the HCG

pct is 18 days after cyp.. guess i should correct my pct start time up there and add 4 days to it..
