how long on clen?

i am planning to take clen. 5 days on 2 days off. is this a good way ?

also how long can i do this for ?

not a good idea. clen has a half life of about 35 hours. so those two off days wont really be off days.

i used it for 16 weeks strait using the benedryl protocol.it was effective for me but everyone is different.maybee try a few different ways and see what works for u. goodluck.

when u say 16 weeks straight im having same issues ..ive been doing 2 days off 2 days on..and most definately slowed down body temp..can i add benedreal now and keep taking clen ?..will it open receptors up again ?..how long does it take to get them open again ?..any help i would appreciate .

click that lick and read the entire post and u will better understand it . and what do you mean by (slowed ur bodytemp down) its supposed to go up a little not down. u need to do 2ks on 2wks off with ur beny. for ur 2wks off
or i have seen 3wks on 3wks off with beny. on ur off time
