Trying to lose fat - Diet critique please!

So I have lost about 65lbs now, down to 195. I'm 6'3" and around 15% BF.

I have just started to clean up my diet, I am still trying to lose fat for the time being. I want to get down to about 12%.

7AM - I do about 45min cardio on an empty stomach

    8AM - Protein shake (200cal 55g protein) with a banana, and 1/2 cup strawberries.

1PM - Either tilapia or chicken breast, and 4 egg whites.

6PM - More cardio or weights.

7PM - Chicken breast, tilapia, or salmon and green beans

If I get hungry throughout the day, I either eat an apple or some almonds.

Is there anything I could be doing better?

    MORE FOOD!
You should be eating at least 5 full meals a day.
You also have virtually no carbs and very little fats in this diet plan. You may lose fat with this diet, but you're also starving yourself and losing muscle.
I like your 7:00 meal, variations on that for all your meals would be better than what you have here. Get some more meals, include some good fat sources and some good carb sources and repost with your macros for each meal as well as a daily total. Refer to the cutting sticky at the top of the page in the diet forum.
Feel free to ask any questions you have and good luck!
