Hello everyone. I'm about to start my first cycle in about 2 weeks, and would just like to know what is the importance of BF in relation to starting a cycle?
I have read around here of members telling other members their BF is too high to start a cycle. Here are my stats:
Age: 21
Height: 5'8''
Weight: 180 lbs
Bodyfat: 11.5% (caliper tested)
Trained naturally for 4.5 years.
I know most of you will say that I am too young, but I believe I'm ready for my first cycle (Test E 400mg/w).
Is my BF fine or too high?
