    rubber chunks in vial

So I been drawing lately with 18g pins and now there are chunks of the stopper in the bottom of my vial.

It probably doesn't matter but it bugs me...I was thinking about transferring/filtering to another vial, you guys think that's a good idea or is it a waste of time?

if it makes you feel more comfortable, then by all means transfer and filter. I get the same thing but I usually just watch when drawing to make sure I dont' get any rubber in

Transfer or not, it doesn't really matter

I do , but I make sure I hit the same hole every time so not to break up the stopper

18g always seems to tear the stopper for me.

The only reason I can think of to use a big needle to draw is shaving about 3 seconds off the drawing time...

I use a 23g to draw then inject
