My testosterone blood work results!!shocking

So i did bloodwork for my testosterone lvls and it came out in different units:
Total test: 4.3 ng/ml range: 2.8-8.8
Free test: 0.37 nmol/l range:0.09-0.58

So the question is how can i translet the results to the normal units that you u guys use like in this thread [http://forums.steroid.com/showthread.php?t=254423]!?

So what is [4.3 ng/ml] in [ng/dl] or [nmol/N]?
and [0.37 nmol/l] in [pg/ml]

btw are my lvls normal or high for 19 years old?
