if you could take the time and right down what bf% you started at , gear used, sides (if any ) this would be great !!!!!

i know most say you shouldnt coz of higher chance of sides etc but ive had some buddies do test cycles with dbol frontload etc starting around 20% and made good clean 10-15kg gains and came down to 16 -17% bf after cycle with no extra sides , this got me thinking , i realise a good clean diet helps as in these cases they did so ..

I've always been higher BF,no matter how I ate, or how much cardio I did. The first test cycle I did, I would say I was about 22%. It was great. I got super strong, I could see muscle's popping out under the fat. I had absolutly no sides at all. blood pressure fine, no sign of gyno. I am on my third cycle now, I am down to about 16-17%. The biggest, strongest and littlest bf that I have ever been. The gear on top of being what it is was a total mental boost to continue to eat, train, and rest like I should be.

I have heard of the negative issues wih high bf. But I can honestly say that any of them affected me in the least bit. Agan, thats just me...

Ok yes... I agree with you fully. I know I will not see the results I should see but if you knew my story you might understand a lil better... maybe not agree with why i did what i am doing but at least you could see where I am coming from bro.

Was I too lazy to get down to 12-13% .. yes I guess you could say that.. not entirely... IMPATIENT was more the word I want to use here. The docs put me on TRT 200 mgs EW. and well I havent been on cycle for 2 years... I was up at 36-38% BF after a bad car accident... coma... wheelchair bound for 6 months... Got myself down to 22% BF in just a lil under a year when I was prescribed the TRT and I WAS JUST LIKE YA KNOW WHAT... FVCK IT !! I am just going to cycle anyways ... it wont hurt anything.. yah Imight not see the gains I would if I was lower in BODYFAT but I thought WHY NOT !!?? So after 4 weeks at 200mgs of CYP ... I transferred to my 75mgs ED of Prop and 50 mgs ED of NPP... sorta like a cutter cycle... my diet is strict as hell. I am dropping body fat and gaining muscle and starting to look great again for the first time in over 3 years. I hit a major depression era after the accident. I hated myself. I worked through it. Toughed it out. And now here I am ... 229lbs. 20.39% BF and dropping. When I was hit on my Motorcycle I was 248lbs. 13% BF... after my 7th legit serious cycle. When I started Lifting at 17 I was 155lbs. Did my 1st cycle at 22 when I weighed 195LBS. I was young and dumb... but I was gaining and frankly I was a MONSTER.... and after the wreck I just felt horrible.... absolutely horrible.... I am just happy to be back at it.. I feel that even though MY BODYFAT is high I will perservere and overcome and I know I will get the results I want and NEED from this to completely turn myself around. That's My take on the whole thing and I KNOW THERE ARE PEOPLE OUT THERE THAT DISAGREE WITH MY CHOICES BUT honestly... I don't care. I am happy... and it has been a long time since I can say I have been really happy. Whether its the AAS or not well... time will tell.

IMO , someone who has 18% body fat weighing 260lbs is much more qualified in my book to run a cycle than say someone who is 10% BF and weighs 160lbs.

week 12-16 nolva @ 20mg/ed (also have clomid )

2nd cycle will be

same nolva pct also clomid 100/100/50/50

Your second cycle... IMO... You aren't running it long enough and ur dosages wont be high enough to see satisfactory results... EQ 600wk MIN !! for 16 weeks. Not a written in stone thing just kind of an unspoken rule if you wanna see results from such a thing... ya know??
