If i buy a few cartons of pasteurized egg whites, can I freeze them? Then just get a carton out the night b4 in preparation for the next day?

it takes two days for a 500ml carton to defrost in the fridge!

Difficult to get in the UK in supermarkets though some stores of Sainsburys stock them.
Try this, much cheaper and can be stored for up to 5months at room temp!
