yo im a 20year old doorman workin on one of the hardest doors in liverpool so i thought i would ask you guys for help on some stuff
iv been working out now for around 3 years and havnt realy made any good gains
weight:12st 3lb (77.6kg) (171 pounds)
height: 5'9
body fat: 32.7%
body fat mass: 25.3kg
my diet is,
8am- banana. egg whites, porride
10am- weight gain shake
12pm-tuna, pasta,
2pm- weight gain shake
4pm- chicken, rice
5pm- peanutbutter sandwich (go the gym)
6pm- peanutbutter sandwich, protein shake return from gym)
8pm- tuna, pasta, banana
11pm- protein shake
i also take 1000mg of glutamine a once a day, 1 cod liver oil a day, 6 amino acids a day, 6 creatine a day and 2 vitamin c a day
this monday i started a course of steroids which is 20ml of sus and 20ml of deca and 20 A-BOMB tablets i am goin to try and make this course last for 6 weeks, i was wondering what type of gains i would make of this and if there is any other steroid out there which could help me or improve my course, i thing iv givin u all the details of my training regime on this, hope u guys can help!!!!!!!!
