Second you started a cycle without even knowing how to set up a workout?
Third what are your stats?
Age?
Ht?
Wt?
BF%?
Sorry i typed it up wrong i am thinking of starting one next week, and i have been working out one muscle a day and i wasnt sure if i should continue that. But i am writing a post on workout section, but if you have any advice
