i am 31 and have been working out about 5 years. im not into body building and my training is geared towards helping me in grappleing tournaments and amateur mma fights. i train 5 days a week about 2 hours a day. in march i decided to try di-anabol to help me get stronger. i took the "blue-dragons" half a pill a day (25mg) with milk thistle. i am very satisfied with the strength gains and quicker recoveries ive made. now i want to try something else but im completely clueless as to what to take next . a training partner has reccomended test 200 for 30 days. right now i weigh about 180 and i normally fight at 155. i want to fight again in july. im looking to gain strength while gradually cutting weight . i have a budget of about 200.00 a month to spend on something. can anyone help me out with suggestions? please keep in mind i am a total dumbass when it comes to supplementation.....thanks for any help you guys give me
