    Sauna's

Would sauna's be effective in minimizing water retention on cycles that cause this retention or would it not be a very effective way to help combat it? I'm just curious because I enjoy sitting in a sauna after working out, especially when you get out and that non-sauna air hits you and it feels great ^_^.

Not really, the sauna makes you sweat so you will lose some water temporarily. But the reason you bloat is because of higher than average of estrogen levels (in most cases) so once you begin saturating the body with water the bloat will come back.

If you really don't like bloat try to minimize sodium in your diet or run an A.I.

I have cut salt completely out of my diet. I use to salt food before I even tasted it and now I can see a big difference with bloating.
