ok so I've done some research and it seems like the more you learn, the more you realize you really don't know.
Here are the base stats:
21 YO Male
5'8 at 160lbs at 8% BF. I realize that I still have some natural growth to do, just keep in mind I graduated high school at 17years old about 5'8 and a whopping 125, so I got a little bit shafted in the genetics department.
My goal is to gain lean mass and to keep/increase my current level of physical fitness. My run and swim times are very important to me.
This is my first cycle, so it has been recommended to me that I only stick to test
Here's my proposed cycle: (credit and thanks to TheMudMan)
Weeks Gear
1-10 Test Enan 500mg/wk (monday morning, thursday evening)
1-12 Nolvadex 10mg/day
1-12 L-dex 0.25mg/day
PCT: (Credit to Pheendo)
Day 1-30: .25mg L-dex + 100mg Clomid + 20mg Nolva
I've also read up on using tamox to reverse gyno, but I'm hoping that with running these SERMs during the cycle that I won't need it.
What do you think guys? Is this a good place to start or do I need to do some more research? Thank you!
