Hey guys,
Been researching cutting diets and am getting some mixed reviews on all of the information. One of my good friends who is a bodybuilder has given me his latest diet he used for a competition - it worked great for him. I was thinking about trying it for 6-8 weeks to knock of some unwanted bodyfat before summer gets here in full swing. What do you guys think of it and what kind of gains should be expected from it. This will be my first time cutting and am curious of what to expect. he said to eat every 3 hours for a total of 6 meals per day. One of them can be a protein shake. The meals would include 4 oz of chicken breast, fish (talapis, halibut, tuna, etc), or lean steak along with 1 cup cooked brown rice, sweat potatoe, or 1 cup of old fashioned oaks. Only splenda, 1 diet soda per day, Ms. Dash, hot sauce, cinammen, zero calorie spray butter for condiments/flavor. Also flax seed oil as the source for healthy fat. 45 minutes cardio HR 130-150 (I'm 24yo). What do you guys think and what should I expect to lose in 6-8 weeks. I'm 5-8 and around 205 lbs 15%BF. Thanks in advance.
