hey guys, Just looking for advice on what kind of OTC cycle i should do this time. 2 years ago I did 3 weeks of mdrol....wicked pumps and weight gains..but awwwwwfull sides so i cut it short. Looking for maybe something to do a little longer than 3 weeks, and stay as lean as possible. Looking into Havoc, Hdrol, MD1T, or a stack of two milder compounds weeks 1-4 a wet compound, then 5-8 cutting compound.... Not sure what to do..so many options it seems, maybe be a guine pig for an experimental cycle. Im so indecisive I hate it. So anyways my stats.
Ht. 5'7.5"
wht. 170lb( I fluctuate between 168-172 everyday)
Bf . 10-11% (almost an 8 pack visible..fck yea lol)
problem areas. Chest isnt too full, and abs could loose a few i think..i want them dry dry dry.
Goals. I want to look super lean and dense. Cut , sliced,....and maintain the weight. get down to 5-6% BF.
My diet is pretty much 6-7 small.. chicken and broccoli meals a day with a choice of fruit, or plain yogurt and granola... I do work out on an empty stomach though because of my Night Shift work schedule, and sleep...yada,yada,yada.. As soon as I wake up..12:30-1:30 pm..i head to the gym, do my thing, go home and cook all my food for the day and work till 3:30 am
any expert advice would be great
