I saw a discussion about using Diazide to cut water. I had Graves disease of the Thyroid and am holding water in my face/neck/fingers. My Endocrinologist said the water retention was due to the graves disease and it would go away in a year. Well it’s been two years so I asked to be put on Aldactone. I’m on 25mg ED and have not seen any changes after one week. I upped it to 50 ED for the past 3 days and still, no results.
I'm 43
5'10"
185lbs (Up 5lbs)
14.9% body fat(down 1%)
6 cycles
lifting for 10 years
I just read where most consider Aldactone it weak and takes a long time to work due to its K+ sparring properties.
My current cycle of 200mg of EQ and 100mg of Prop (both EOD) for 12 weeks and 3iu's of GH for 26 weeks.
I am in week 6 and want to CAREFULLY LOOSE THE WATER WEIGHT. Is Diazide better than Aldactone and if so:
1. What is a careful dose?
2. How long can I take it or it takes effect?
Thanks!
